I proudly serve as the Executive Assistant at Starburst Financial Group, where my primary responsibilities include a wide range of administrative duties such as answering phones, establishing and updating accounts in our system, ordering supplies, and establishing the smooth daily operations that support our team and clients. While I have been working in the financial services industry for over two years, I come from the healthcare industry where I worked for over 20 years in the administrative finance field. Prior to joining Starburst, I worked at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine, and I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Houston at Clear Lake in 2010.
What truly motivates me in this position is meeting our clients and their families and knowing that we offer them financial confidence. I find great satisfaction in learning about their unique situations and playing a part in planning a successful financial future for them and their families. I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients is a strong commitment to customer service and support by promptly responding to clients' questions and concerns, paying close attention to their needs, and trying to make every interaction as convenient as possible for them.
As a native of Pearland, Texas, I currently live in Friendswood, where I dedicate much of my time outside the office to giving back to my community. I serve as both a pet therapy volunteer and a patient care volunteer, roles that allow me to continue my passion for helping others in different but equally meaningful ways.
In my free time, I love traveling, hiking, and relaxing with friends and family. These activities help me maintain balance and perspective, reminding me of the importance of enjoying life's simple pleasures while working toward larger goals – a philosophy I try to share with our clients as we help them plan for their own futures.
